International Delivery

All orders placed on V Perfumes Saudi Arabia are shipped from our warehouse in Dubai, UAE. We deliver to every city across Saudi Arabia.

1. Delivery Timeline

Orders reach you within 7 to 10 working days, including customs clearance. Our working days are Monday to Saturday, excluding public holidays.

2. Shipping Charges, Customs and VAT

Since your order is shipped from the UAE, the following charges apply. The final amount is shown at checkout before you pay.

• Shipping charge of AED 80 on all orders.
• Cross-border charge of 15% on the total order value.
• Customs duty of 5% on orders above AED 990.
• VAT reversal of 15% on the total order value, since orders shipped from the UAE are excluded from Saudi VAT.

3. Payment Methods

We accept online payments only, using Visa and Mastercard credit and debit cards from any bank. Cash on Delivery (COD) is not available, and no COD charges apply.

4. Refund and Exchange Policy

Orders shipped to Saudi Arabia are non-refundable. If your product arrives damaged, defective, or is not what you ordered, we will exchange or replace it. Please contact our customer service team within 7 days of delivery with your order number and photos of the product and packaging.

5. Order Cancellation

You can cancel your order from your account before it is dispatched, use the cancellation link sent to your mobile, or call our customer service team. A 2.5% charge of the total order value applies to cancellations made before shipping without a valid reason. Shipped orders cannot be cancelled.

6. Order Tracking

You will get a tracking link by email and SMS when your order ships, and another message when it is out for delivery. The courier will call you when they reach your address.

7. Address Changes

You can change your delivery address any time before the order is dispatched from the UAE.

8. Delivery Delays

Customs checks and public holidays can add a few days. If your order is late, contact us with your order number and we will follow it up with the courier.
