We are delighted to extend our services to customers across Saudi Arabia, Qatar, Oman, Bahrain, and Kuwait, strengthening our connections beyond borders.
1. Delivery Timeline
For orders placed in Oman, Qatar, Bahrain, and Kuwait, delivery is expected within 8 to 10 days, subject to necessary clearance procedures. Our working days are Saturday to Thursday, excluding public holidays.
2. Shipping Charges
- Oman: 5% Shipping Handling Fee
- Bahrain: SAR 200 (excluding VAT)
- Qatar: SAR 130 (excluding VAT)
- Kuwait: SAR 200 (excluding VAT)
Charges may vary based on product category, price range, package weight, shipping complexities, and customs clearance fees.
3. Payment Methods
Prepaid payments are required for all international orders except in Oman and the UAE, KSA, where cash on delivery (COD) is available. We accept Visa and Credit Cards from any bank.
4. Refund & Exchange Policy
International orders are non-refundable and non-exchangeable. Once an order has been shipped, it is considered final.
5. Delivery Availability
Our services cover all of Oman, Bahrain, Kuwait, Qatar, and Saudi Arabia.
6. Order Cancellation
Cancel your order via your account before dispatch or contact [email protected]. You can also use the cancellation link sent to your mobile. Once shipped, orders cannot be cancelled.
7. Order Tracking
You’ll receive a tracking link via email and SMS. Notifications are sent when shipped and again when out for delivery. Our team will call you on arrival at the delivery address.
8. Address Changes
You can request a delivery address change before the order is dispatched.
