Shipping & General Policy

All online shipping is subject to stock availability. At V Perfumes, we constantly strive to keep your favorite items in stock. However, external circumstances may sometimes cause a product to be labeled as "Out of Stock." You are welcome to check back at any time, or use the "Notify Me" feature to receive restock alerts.

Shipping & Delivery Timeline:

All orders are shipped from our warehouse in the United Arab Emirates.
Orders are shipped within 3 working days after order confirmation.
Delivery is completed within 7 to 10 working days, depending on your location in KSA.
Orders placed on weekends or public holidays will be shipped the next working day.
Our working days are Monday to Saturday, excluding public holidays.

Shipping Coverage:

We deliver from the UAE to all regions within the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia (KSA).

Delivery Charges:

Shipping charge of AED 80 on all orders.
Cross-border charge of 15% on the total order value.
Customs duty of 5% on orders above AED 990.
VAT reversal of 15% on the total order value, since orders shipped from the UAE are excluded from Saudi VAT.

Payment Methods:

We accept online payments only. All debit cards, credit cards and major online payment methods are supported. Cash on Delivery (COD) is not available, and no COD charges apply.

Return Policy:

We do not offer refunds. If your product arrives damaged or defective, we will exchange or replace it.

Please contact our customer service team with your order number and photos of the product and packaging.
Exchange or replacement is only available for damaged or defective products.

Order Cancellation:

You can contact our customer service team to cancel the order before it is shipped. A 2.5% charge applies to prepaid cancellations made before shipping without a valid reason.

Order Tracking:

A tracking link is provided in the confirmation SMS and email. You will receive a notification when the order ships and another when it is out for delivery.

Address Changes:

You can update your delivery address before the order is dispatched. Please contact our team as soon as possible.
