Article Summary: The best Amouage perfumes in KSA span four decades, from Gold (1983), the house's first fragrance, to Guidance (2023). Interlude Man and Jubilation XXV bring oud and incense for majlis evenings, Reflection Man is the office pick, and Honour Woman suits celebrations. Five of the six carry frankincense, a nod to the house's Omani roots.
Amouage was founded in Muscat in 1983, and its perfumes still carry the incense, myrrh and resins that Gulf noses know well. That makes it an easy brand to love in Saudi Arabia, where oud and bakhoor are part of daily life. The six picks here run in launch order, from the first Amouage fragrance to a 2023 release, so you can see how the house's style has moved over four decades. It also sits comfortably among the best niche perfumes in KSA.

Gold was Amouage's first fragrance. Guy Robert built it in 1983 as a grand floral, with rose and lily-of-the-valley at the top, incense running through the opening and heart, then myrrh and a deep, musky base.
It is formal and openly rich, the kind of scent that belongs in a Riyadh wedding hall or at a formal evening in Jeddah. One spray goes a long way, and it lingers on clothing well after the event. It fits naturally among the wedding perfumes in KSA.
For a grand, classic scent with real history, Gold is the Amouage to own.

Reflection Man is the lightest of these classics and the only one without frankincense. Rosemary and pink pepper open it, then jasmine, neroli and orris give it a clean, powdery floral heart over sandalwood and cedar.
It smells polished and subtle. It is one of the few niche bottles that works as an office perfume in KSA.
For a refined daily scent that never feels loud, Reflection Man is the pick.

Jubilation XXV is the most complex bottle here. Bertrand Duchaufour layered blackberry and frankincense at the top, honey, spice and rose in the heart, then oud, myrrh and immortelle in a deep, resinous base.
It is a cold-weather scent for a winter night in Riyadh, a desert camp or Eid gatherings once the air cools. In summer-heat it is too dense for most. Anyone shopping for winter perfumes in KSA should try this first.

Honour Woman is a white floral with a peppery edge. Rhubarb and pepper keep the opening crisp, gardenia and tuberose fill the heart, then incense and leather add a quiet warmth underneath.
Amouage drew on the story of Madame Butterfly for it, and the result feels graceful rather than heavy. It suits family celebrations, Eid visits and daytime gatherings in air-conditioned halls.

Interlude Man is the smokiest bottle here and the loudest. Oregano and pepper give it a herbal opening, incense, opoponax and labdanum build a thick cloud in the heart, then oud and leather settle at the base.
It feels at home in a majlis, and one spray is usually enough in a closed room. It is a natural fit for anyone who already loves oud perfumes in KSA.

Five of these six list frankincense, as olibanum or incense, in their pyramids, and only Reflection Man leaves it out. That thread ties the house to Oman, where frankincense has been traded for centuries, and it is one reason Amouage sits so naturally beside oud and bakhoor in Saudi homes.
The bottles carry the same heritage. Amouage has said its women's bottles echo the shape of a mosque in Muscat's Ruwi district, while the men's bottles take the shape of the khanjar, Oman's traditional dagger.
Beyond Amouage, the wider V Perfumes KSA range covers perfumes for men and perfumes for women.
Gold, created by Guy Robert in 1983. It was the first fragrance the house released.
Interlude Man and Jubilation XXV both list agarwood (oud) in their base notes.
Reflection Man. It has moderate projection and a clean woody floral character that suits the office.
Gold, Jubilation XXV, Interlude Man and Guidance all sit in the 8+ hour band in V Perfumes' wear tests, with longer wear on fabric.
Most Amouage perfumes are rich and resinous. Reflection Man and Honour Woman are the lightest of these six, so keep the others for evenings and air-conditioned venues.
