Jaguar Classic Black EDT is a men's fragrance by perfumer Dominique Preyssas, first released in 2009, and at V Perfumes it comes in 100ml alongside the rest of our Jaguar perfumes.

Bitter orange, Granny Smith apple and tangerine open it, the heart brings sea notes, cardamom, nutmeg and tea, and the base is Virginia cedar, sandalwood, white musk, tonka beans, vetiver and oakmoss.

Six of the thirteen notes sit in the base. Four of those are woody or earthy notes: cedar, sandalwood, vetiver and oakmoss. The heart is the unusual part. Sea notes sit right next to cardamom, nutmeg and tea, so the middle smells cool and spiced at the same time. Classed as an amber, yet there's no vanilla, amber or resin anywhere in the pyramid, so the warmth comes only from tonka and the spices. Jaguar Classic Red is a separate fragrance, not a variation of this one.
